It was also really cool how she walked through the bullets to get closer without getting hit, I look forward to her future fights if we're already seeing these kinds of moves on the second episode.

But very unrealistic - militaries train soldiers shooting in the center of body cuz it is easier to hit target that way. Literally no point shooting unarmored target in the head, except giving her chance to win - because even against heaviest bulletproof vests 7,62 bullet at that range will do some notable damage.

Also AK family of assault rifles have it's 30-ammo mag enough only for about 2 seconds on full auto, so bad guy shoot like 4-5 mags worth of ammo without reloading even single time.

Later sequence also switcheroo sequence preposterous -bulletproof vests designed to keep person alive when under fire, IRL you hardly came out unscathed. No body armor exist which offer 100% protection when you coming under focused automatic fire - it is near-impossible to have bullet-protected arms and legs and maintain mobility plus plates tend to break under repeated hits.

It's an Anime, what do you expect.. Do you prefer action movies where people do the same thing? Dodge bullets and block death from Kevlar vests?
